Pilgrimage
Tulsi Bose SHRINE
Tulsi Bose was the boyhood friend of Paramhansa Yogananda.
Rani Rashmoni: Founder of Dakshineswar Kali Temple and ...: In my sacred experience at Dakshineswar, the only extraordinarily-enlarged objects were the temple and the build of the Goddess. Everything else appeared in its normal dimensions, although each was enclosed in a halo of mellow light—white, blue, and pastel rainbow hues.Paramhansa Yogananda would often approach to this home to meditate when his own home was too noisy. This house is often called a seed, because it is where Paramhansa Yogananda started his very first university. Paramhansa Yogananda also used to teach people to meditate on this property.
It truly is where his worldwide work began.
Many saints have visited this dwelling including Swami Vivekananda, Swami Sri Yukteswar, Anandamoyi Ma, Swami Kriyananda, and Swami Atmananda.
Hassi Mukherjee was the daughter of Tulsi Bose.
She passed away in Kolkata on 27 August Master blessed her during her entrance into this world, and certainly must have blessed her retreat. She was a dear partner to many Ananda devotees. To learn more about her experience click here:

Close to Yoganandajis childhood home, Mukunda (his childhood name) visited the wonderful scientist who then invited him to his laboratory to watch his crescograph.
The poet is intimate with truth, while the scientist approaches awkwardly.
Come someday to my laboratory and see the unequivocable testimony of the crescograph.

Bhaduri Mahasayas (the Levitating Saint) Ashram
I saw a yogi remain in the air, several feet above the ground, last night at a group meeting. My
friend, Upendra Mohun Chowdhury, spoke impressively.
I gave him an enthusiastic smile.
Perhaps I can guess his name. Was it Bhaduri Mahasaya, of
Upper Circular Road?.The yogi lives so close to my home that I often visit him.

Yogananda describes two of his many pilgrimages to this temple, in his autobiography.
